Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery - £2.95

Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday(next day) delivery (before 9am) - £7.50

European shipping £7.50  (free on orders over £99.00)

Rest of World £10.00 ( Free on orders over £150.00) Please select -orders outside Europe over £150 -at the checkout delivery options.

Your discretion is guaranteed, as all our goods are shipped in plain discreet packaging!

Please note if you live in the highlands area, delivery may take a little longer than specified.

Your card details will have to be registered to your billing address. However, if you want your order sent to a different address, just fill in the desired delivery address in the notes section.

Same day dispatch- All orders placed Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 2.30pm, will be dispatched the same day. If your order is received outside these hours, it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - delivery usually within 1-3 working days. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Unfortunately Royal Mail doesn't class post lost until 15 working days.

European Orders

European orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days.

Security

All our products are sent recorded delivery so that we know you have received it. If you are not in when your order is delivered you will be left a card telling you where to collect your parcel from or to rearrange delivery at a time that is suitable for you. Royal Mail will keep parcels for 7 days and if not collected will be sent back to us. If you want us to re-send your order after this you will be charged for re-shipping. If you want to cancel your order we will refund you minus the shipping costs.

Tracking your order

To track your order please e-mail us at info@pink-sextoys.co.uk and we can give you your tracking number. If your order doesn't arrive when expected or please feel free to contact Customer Services Department.  Please note Pink-sextoys.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process - so please double check the details you have entered are correct. Postal strikes may also cause delay in delivering your parcels.
