Damaged Goods
 
All goods leaving us are inspected prior to despatch. However should goods be found to be damaged upon receipt, we will gladly replace them or offer a refund.

Any claims for damaged goods must be received by us within forty eight hours of the delivery of the goods.

Any refunds for damaged goods will include posting and packing costs, incurred by the customer.

Faulty Goods

After 28 days if goods become faulty they must be returned to the address below to be tested, if found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent out immediately.  If testing results in the goods being found without a fault, the same unit will be returned and no refund shall be offered.

We recommend that goods are returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure you have proof of postage.

Returned Goods

We operate a 14 day no quibble returns policy.

To qualify goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. To return goods we ask you to e-mail customerservices@pink-sextoys.co.uk  stating the reasons you wish to return the goods. We will then send to you a returns number and a returns form, please complete the form and send it with the goods to:

All returned goods must be received by us in an unused state, all associated packaging must be in perfect condition. If the goods are returned in an unfit condition as stated above then we will not refund the goods and they will be returned in the state in which they have been received by us.

On receipt of the goods and necessary forms we will immediately start the refund process, the refund will have our packing and postage costs (Standard Delivery £7.50, and Priority Delivery £10.00) deducted. Your postage will only be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty.

The refund will only be made to the original card used to make the purchase.

For your own protection we advise that goods returned to us are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery quoting your Returns Number. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods retuned to us by Royal Mail standard delivery.

The above does not affect your customer statutory rights.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy above. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
