Returns Policy- If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item, unused and unopened within 14 days for a full refund (less P&P). Unused and unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days for alternative items (additional postage charges may be incurred). Sorry we cannot offer any refund on lingerie items, or if we suspect an item has been used - we are sure you can understand why!
